Security Networks partners with InfoArmor for first total protection solution
Also adds Xanboo to affiliate offerings

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. and WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.—Identity protection services provider InfoArmor has announced a partnership with Security Networks, a nationwide commercial and residential provider of security monitoring and related services, to offer what it says is the first complete physical and identity security solution bundle. Additionally, Security Networks on Nov. 19 announced it would begin offering Xanboo’s Security Enhanced solution for security and energy related broadband interactive services.

“This is another way for the affiliates to go out and offer consumers a complete security solution—Security Networks already monitors their homes, and now we’re enabling them to monitor their identities with patented technology. We’re working on another pilot program, but this partnership is the first to be bundled,” InfoArmor founder and CEO Drew Smith said. “The goal of bundling is to reduce attrition over time, and improve quality and provide convenience.”

Security Networks VP business development Gary Franklyn agreed: “Our customers are already concerned with peace-of-mind, and safety and security. We felt this was a common sense addition to our product offering.”

Smith said the natural fit of IDNet with physical security would assure the partnership’s success. “We give them a very innovative solution that looks at all their info, their profile to be sure it’s not in play,” Smith said. “If we see that, we’re able to alert the consumer, just like when a physical alarm is triggered.”

There are 180 Security Networks affiliates currently offering IDNet and affiliates can offer a 90-day free trial of IDNet for new Security Networks customers who sign up for the bundle. After the 90-day trial, Franklyn said, reduced pricing is available. The Xanboo services are also available now.

As part of the Xanboo deal, Xanboo will refer its existing base of more than 350 security dealers, as well as new dealers that enroll in its Security Enhanced program, to Security networks to review their affiliate program. Xanboo’s Security Enhanced service is a suite of monthly fee-based offerings that provides features like a virtual keypad, pre and post event video clips and live video, giving users the ability to receive alerts, view alarm events and control their home or business through home automation via any internet enabled mobile phone or PC.

“We think we have the leading platform for interactive services,” said Xanboo president and CEO Bill Diamond. “Not just interactive services focused on traditional security features, but also new interactive services like energy management. Giving homeowners access to all of their energy use going on in the home, real-time and stored—how much energy have I used over the last week, month? And how does that compare to others in my area?”

Franklyn said the full service nature of the IDNet and Xanboo offerings would differentiate Security Networks affiliates and provide a greater audience for InfoArmor and Xanboo. “InfoArmor gets access to Security Networks’ customers so they can promote their product, and we get access to their knowledge and expertise in the identity theft protection business to offer to our customers,” Franklyn said. “There is a fast growing market for the types of interactive services being offered by Xanboo. We are confident this will be a powerful generator in bringing added growth and revenue for our company and to our affiliates … Security Networks is very excited by this opportunity to add a couple zeros to our customer base.”
