A4S Security changes name to SWAT Brief

LOVELAND, Colo.--A4S Security used its Oct. 6 annual meeting to effect a number of changes to the company. First, it amended its articles of incorporation to change its name to Security With Advanced Technology, or SWAT, which will be its new stock symbol. That symbol change means the company must change its trading CUSIP number and exchange all its common stock. Further, the company is withdrawing its listing on the NYSE Arca exchange, while remaining on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The change in listings is meant to eliminate confusion and the company does not believe it will have any effect on the liquidity of its common stock or warrants.
