Aeris gets behind the driver's wheel

SAN JOSE, Calif.--Aeris announced last week it has been selected by Cross Country and Clarion to deliver customized network services for a demonstration of integrated vehicle and driver programs, including telematics and emergency roadside assistance. Aeris is a machine-to-machine (M2M) wireless network operator that provides real-time managed data delivery for life safety and security applications and asset tracking, among other applications. "Leveraging our network technology and building unique relationships with strategic partners like Cross Country and Clarion will allow Aeris to continue its position as a leading M2M communication services provider," said Dick Gossen, president and chief executive officer of Aeris, in a provided statement.
