AFAA's breakfast a success Brief

BOSTON, Mass.--The Automatic Fire Alarm Association drew more than 160 people to its annual breakfast, which took place here on the second day of the National Fire Protection Association conference. Attendees represented a "who's who in the fire industry," said one industry veteran who was there. A talk entitled "It's Not Your Father's Fire Alarm Code Anymore," was given by Bob Schifiliti, chairman of the NFPA 72 Technical Correlating Committee. AFAA invited Schifiliti to give a presentation "because there have been so many changes in 72," said AFAA president Tom Hammerberg.
