AICC submits comments on VoIP Brief

WASHINGTON--Comments from the Alarm Industry Communications Committee were submitted in September to the Federal Communications Commission regarding additional steps needed to ensure that providers of VoIP service provide reliable E911service.
The comments asked the FCC to impose notification and non-interface requirements on VoIP providers to protect safety interests of alarm service subscribers. The FCC has not make a decision on the filed comment.
