Allied Fire & Security announces Forsman as Financial Institution Security Consultant

Allied Fire & Security announced on Feb. 11 that Mel Forsman has been promoted to Financial Institution Security Consultant serving banks and credit unions in Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho and Western Montana. Mel has been part of the Allied family for 28 years. His established relationships and extensive project management and technical experience with coordinating product installations and equipment service will support his new role in serving customers. As fast as technology is advancing in the security industry, it is imperative that Allied representatives have strong technical backgrounds and a solid understanding of network based security. Forsman is technically well versed in both the vault and cash handling equipment side of Allied's products and services, as well as in electronic security, life safety and communication solutions.
