Allied Security names former FBI Agent to new posts

June 24, 2004 KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. -Allied Security announced the appointment of Jeffrey Lampinski to the newly created posts of vice president of corporate compliance and chief security officer. Lampinski previously worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Lampinski, 48, joins the company from the FBI where he worked for 24-years. He most recently served as special agent, overseeing the bureau’s Philadelphia office. He begins his tenure next month, based at Allied Security’s King of Prussia headquarters, which is a suburb of Philadelphia. He will work with Christopher Dunne, senior vice president and general counsel and report to William C. Whitmore, president and chief executive officer. His initial charge will be to establish the office of the CSO, serve as a liaison between the company and government branches and oversee regulatory compliance issues.
