ArmstrongÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s launches dealer program, expands
TORONTO--At the Security Canada show here, ArmstrongÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Communication on Oct. 22 announced a financing program to help its dealers acquire new accounts.
According to ArmstrongÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s general manager Dan Small, the Financial Acquisition Support Team will help ArmstrongÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s dealers grow by providing financial assistance to those who want to expand through account purchases. Ã¢â‚¬Å“WeÃ¢â‚¬â„¢re strictly third party,Ã¢â‚¬Â Small said. Ã¢â‚¬Å“We donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t purchase accounts. We donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t have installers or technicians or anything like that. So weÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve put together FAST ... So if IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve got a guy who wants to sell, and he says Ã¢â‚¬ËœDan, will you buy me?Ã¢â‚¬â„¢ I say Ã¢â‚¬ËœNo, no, but let me see if I can find one of our other dealers who would like to buy you in your area.Ã¢â‚¬â„¢ And we try and provide the financing.Ã¢â‚¬Â
ArmstrongÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s dealer Chris Pyne, owner/operator of HiTech Security, likes FAST. Ã¢â‚¬Å“I am very impressed with the program,Ã¢â‚¬Â Pyne said.
