ASAP wins large New Orleans fire project

HOUSTON--ASAP Security Services here announced that is secured a $2.3 million contract to install a new fire alarm, intercom and IT infrastructure project for the New Orleans School District.Work on the project will begin this summer, said Mike Monsive, chief executive officer for ASAP Security Services, in a statement. The project involves 11 schools located on eight campuses and is part of the school district's "Recover School District," a program designed to get the children of New Orleans back in school by this September.
