NEW YORK--Aspectus Video Intelligence, a developer of intelligent video surveillance software embedded in cameras, digital video recorders and DSP encoders, appointed Dieter Kondek as president and chief executive officer, July 11.
Kondek brings more than 30 years of high tech sales, marketing and operations experience to the company. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of DynaPel Systems, a video surveillance solution manufacturer, for four years.
The company also added two new advisory board members, Russ MacDonnell and Peter Gyenes, both of whom have invested in the company and combined have decades of experience in the market.
Earlier this summer, Aspectus completed a $2 million round of funding for expansion efforts in North America as well as research and development at its facility in Tel Aviv, Israel.
