B Safe Security acquisitions affect over 20,000 people in the Delaware/N.J. area

WILMINGTON, Del.—To further serve established and prospective clients, B Safe Security, a regional provider of security and fire alarms in the Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas that publicly does business as B Safe Security, recently announced its acquisition of Securitech, Inc. of Wilmington, Del. and DC Security Systems of Toms River, N.J. John Colehower of Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC facilitated these acquisitions. 

“The purchase of these two companies gives B Safe, Inc. greater depth of coverage in Wilmington, Delaware and Toms River, New Jersey,” B Safe, Inc. President, Philip Gardner, said in the announcement. “Both companies were chosen based on their locations within B Safe’s current territories, allowing B Safe to continue its commitment to total customer satisfaction.” 

One of the company’s goals is to consistently deliver quality in terms of technology, products and customer service, which has served them well, gaining the trust of approximately 20,000 clients, including businesses, educational and government institutions, and home owners. The acquisitions position B Safe to continue to grow. “We brought on about 3,000 accounts and around $100,000 in RMR,” Anthony Paparo, marketing manager, B Safe Security told SSN. 

It has also been the habit of B Safe Security to provide employment for those from newly acquired companies. In fact, “some of the best employees over our 40-year history have come from the companies that we’ve joined forces with,” Neil Appel, vice president of sales and marketing, B Safe Security, said.
