Bell Canada launches new home monitoring system

TORONTO--Bell Canada introduced on Jan. 31 its new home monitoring product, a service that utilizes high speed mobile wireless and Bell's Internet service to create a customizable home monitoring/security solution. Clients can go online using any internet port and tailor their service themselves. They can receive alerts by phone, email, or text message, and can also specify others that they would like to have alerted. Clients can also opt for professional monitoring with this system. Bell Canada is Canada's national leader in communications with 28 million customer connections across the country.
