PHOENIX-Brink's Home Security in March opened a second office in Phoenix.
"By splitting into two offices, logistically we are able to provide our existing and growing customer base the customer service they expect from Brink's," said Justin Dyer, general manager, Brink's Phoenix East office in an e-mail interview.
The new West office (at 1850 N. 95th Ave., Suite 194) will be headed by a new hire, general manager Nick Galloway.
"The West office will have the four lines of business: residential, commercial, inspection, and Brink's Home Technology, which is focused on national builders and new construction," Dyer said. The geographic footprint of the new office will include "the valley west of Central Avenue, reaching out as far as Tonopah and Wickenburg.
Asked about the condition of the local housing market, Dyer said the Phoenis area, like the rest of the country, is "experiencing a downward trend as well."
In terms of staffing, Dyer said the East office will be fully staffed with about 30 people, most of whom have already been hired. SSN
