Broadview Security nabs service award

IRVING, Texas--Two weeks before becoming Brink's Home Security changed it's name to Broadview Security, the company's monitoring department won a Stevie Award for “Customer Service Contact Center of the Year for centers over 100 seats” during the third annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Broadview has centers here and in Knoxville, Tenn., and serves 1.3 million residential and commercial customers. The stations are U.L.-listed, fully redundant, and feature industry-leading alarm handling software.

This award was for delivering the highest level of service during the replacement of the monitoring application software “Stages,” developed in partnership with SGS, located in Irvine, California. “This new platform enables us to deliver expanded products and services to our customers” said Carole Vanyo, senior vice president of customer operations with Broadview.

The company was also recognized for providing outstanding service to their customers in the face of the disasters that occurred during Hurricanes Gustav and Ike.
