Cornet Technology is RoHS compliant Brief

SPRINGFIELD, Va.--Cornet Technology, a manufacturer and integrator of surveillance solutions, announced in late April it is now compliant with the European Union's Director on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in electrical and electronic products. It is also now compliant with California's similar initiative, passed in January. To meet RoHS requirements, the company upgraded its surface mount assembly line to implement a lead-free process at its manufacturing facility here. In addition, CTI upgraded its equipment to include a new solder paste printer, which allows precise print of the lead-free paste.
