Counterforce USA achieves Five Diamond status

HOUSTON--Counterforce USA, a provider of alarm monitoring and response services to residential and commercial customers, was awarded Five Diamond Certification by the Central Station Alarm Association this summer. Upon receiving the certification Counterforce USA, a part of UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies, affirms that the company's dispatchers have passed the CSAA Central Station Operator Training Course Level 1. Mark Martin, central station manger at Counterforce USA said in a statement that the central's dispatchers must have the "best training to meet and exceed expectations." Adding, "the course provides a detailed view of the alarm industry." The course covers all central station communications with customers, law enforcement, and fire and emergency service communication centers.
