IRVINE, Calif.--Criticom International, a division of Integrated Alarm Services Group, inked a $1 million network integration contract with AT&T. Criticom will receive new telephone equipment that enables Voice over Internet Protocol between the company's four offices. These locations are in Manasquan, N.J., Wall Township, N.J., Marietta, Ga., and here. Using VoIP, the provider of third-party monitoring services will use its high-speed network to place and receive calls at a cheaper price than traditional phone services. As a unit of IASG, Criticom monitors more than 720,000 accounts.
