SEATTLE-- The Central Station Alarm Assocation fall operation management seminar will be held October 15 through 17 at the Marriott Sea-Tac Airport here.
The meeting provides information to central station management personnel regarding new technology and personnel management issues.
The theme for the workshops will be employee development and discipline. Topics will include setting personnel procedures and policies, performing employee evaluations, and how to handle disciplinary actions and terminations.
Attendees will tour the Boeing Company's central station, as well as a tour of the company's Everett 747-777 facility.
