CTS Protective Services Acquired by Safe Streets USA

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.—Safe Streets USA, based here, has purchased CTS Protective Services of Rossville, Ga., according to a press release from the Davis Group, who facilitated the sale.

The acquisition brings together two of the largest authorized ADT dealers in the country: Safe Streets USA is near the top of the list, and CTS ranked in the top ten.

In a company statement, Todd Herman, CEO of Safe Streets, said, “CTS has a strong customer service and call center operation which make for a desirable add-on to our business.”
