Customer service expert Stephen Hopkins joins Protection One as SVP of operations and corporate services

LAWRENCE, Kan.—Protection One, one of the largest electronic security companies in the United States, announced July 30 that long-serving security and high-tech industry professional Stephen Hopkins has been named senior vice president of operations and corporate services. He brings to the position more than 30 years of experience in senior-level leadership and general management positions, where he has worked to drive exceptional customer service.
Hopkins comes to Protection One from Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, where he most recently served as vice president of global operations. Earlier in his career, Hopkins worked in senior management roles at ADT Security Services as group director of business operations and then vice president of field services. At Protection One, he will oversee programs aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
