DETROIT--DICE Corporation on August 6 announced it has completed testing the integration of a call recording technology developed by Voice Print International (VPI), a provider of integrated interactions recording and workforce optimization based in Camarillo, Calif.
The integrated solution allows users to retrieve call recordings directly from the alarm event history in DICE’s central station monitoring software. The integration will enter into beta testing with a DICE client in early August of this year.
With the integration of VPI’s state-of-the-art digital call audio recording technology, users of DICE’s central station software can search for and quickly retrieve call recordings directly from their workstation.
Searches can be based upon various criteria, including call disposition, agent ID, date, time, or any of a number of custom tags.
