BAY CITY, Mich.--DICE announced Jan. 30 that it will be unveiling its new Microsoft-based SQL powered central station monitoring software at ISC West. The new software relies on the Windows Vista operating system and Microsoft .NET platform. More than five million people beta tested Windows Vista prior to Microsoft's roll-out of the system.
