BAY CITY, Mich.--DICE announced Jan. 30 that it will be unveiling its new Microsoft-based SQL powered central station monitoring software at ISC West. The new software relies on the Windows Vista operating system and Microsoft .NET platform. More than five million people beta tested Windows Vista prior to Microsoft's roll-out of the system. DICE is one of the few companies using its advanced productivity tools in the development of their new suite of products.
