Diebold upgrades monitoring center Brief

GREEN, Ohio--To better respond to its roughly 2.5 million monthly alarm signals, Diebold has electronically archived more than 500,000 customer documents to "ensure the continuity of vital customer data and increase efficiencies" in data retrieval, according to a provided release. A high definition video wall was also installed in the monitoring center. In addition to these improvements, dispatchers did additional testing on the monitoring center's disaster site to ensure continued operations in the case of a crisis or disaster at the Green facility.
