LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. - Video camera company Canon U.S.A. is broadening its portfolio of products, partnering with Videolarm to distribute its indoor and outdoor domes.

The agreement is for Canon to sell four versions of Videolarm’s eight-inch FusionDome products. The domes are scheduled to be available from Canon this summer.

According to Yukiaki Hashimoto, senior vice president and general manager for Canon’s Consumer Imaging Group, the line of domes have been configured to work with Canon’s network video cameras, enabling these cameras to be used in different environments.

For integrators, the partnership provides a one-stop shop for network security cameras and camera housings.
