Freeman wants to drive educational opportunities

EXTON, Pa.--Keith Freeman Jr., security systems engineer at The Protection Bureau, has been elected vice president of the southeast region of the Pennsylvania Burglar and Fire Alarm Association.
Freeman said he plans to help create test preparation courses and implement certifications from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies.
