Global Security signs on with Honeywell Brief

SYOSSET, N.Y.--Honeywell announced in October the addition of Global Security Services, based in Savannah, Ga., to its Authorized Dealer for Commercial Security Systems program. Global Security was founded in 1993 and works in burglar and fire alarms, as well as access control and CCTV systems. As part of Honeywell's program, Global will receive marketing suport, targeted sale opportunities and technical training programs. The program is designed for dealers with expertise in intrusion, fire installation, video surveillance and access control. "We gain a source of highly trained industry professionals and elite products we can offer customers," said Global president Jim Walker.
