Hamilton Companies sold to Alarm Funding Associates

LONG GROVE, Ill.--Alarm Funding Associates of Exton, Pa., acquired the accounts of the Hamilton Companies, which include the Hamilton Companies of Winter Haven, Fla., Sentry Security of Sanibel, and A.R. Alarms of Ft. Myers, Fla. Davis Marketing Group, which handled the transaction, announced the deal on June 9.
Andy Richards and Dick Aldrich, principals of the selling companies are retiring from the alarm industry.
A Davis Marketing Group press release said “the companies had a significant market position in central and southwestern Florida.†Terms of the deal were not released.
