SADDLE BROOK, N.J.--Henry Bros. Electronics got a ticket to ride this month, when the systems integrator won a $1.1 million contract from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Henry Bros. will upgrade the CCTV system for the agency's Port Authority Trans-Hudson transit system. PATH provides train services between New Jersey and New York City. In August, Diversified Security Solutions changed its corporate name to coincide with that of its installation arm Henry Bros. Electronics, a wholly owned subsidiary. The company, which provided security systems, services and consultation to corporate and government clients under the DSS name, now trades with the stock ticker HBE.
