Home technologies scores high-rise contract Brief

BELLEVUE, Wash.--Home Technologies, a residential systems intergrator, has been chosen by Kemper Development Co., also of Bellevue, to manage and install the core communications infrastructure for 148 private homes in Lincoln Tower, a mixed-use development. The homes are located on 22 floors.
The development includes retail, residential, office, entertainment and a hotel.
More than 70 percent of Lincoln Towers' homeowners selected Home Technologies to handle their personal networking systems including security systems. Installations will be complete in early 2006.
