MIAMISBURG, Ohio--Northwestern Ohio Security System has finally put the finishing touches on its role for installing a video system for U.S. Coast Guard Stations and shorelines along the Great Lakes.
The $1.2-million project spanned seven states--Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Minnesota--and began in October 2003. The systems integrator completed its work in early February of this year.
The company teamed up with FutureSysDesign of Philadelphia for system design and layout. The project included PTZ domes, cameras, power supplies, DVRs and matrix switches, with products coming from Panasonic.
