ipConfigure appoints Steve Lewis as new VP sales and marketing

NORFOLK, Va.—ipConfigure on Jan. 15 announced the appointment of Steve Lewis as vice president of sales and marketing. Lewis will be responsible for the areas of strategic account acquisitions, marketing and global expansion. This addition to the management team is designed to build upon ipConfigure's leading position in the IP video surveillance sector and increase the company's visibility throughout the industry.

Prior to joining ipConfigure, Lewis served as the director of business development for IQinVision where he managed OEM relationships and the technology partner program. He also worked for Axis Communications, a leader in network video solutions, where he established and managed strategic partnerships with IBM, Cisco, Sun and Motorola.
