IR names new CFO Brief

HAMILTON, Bermuda--Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited announced in early October the hire of James Gelly as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He is also an officer of the company and will serve as a member of Ingersoll Rand's Enterprise Leadership Team. With responsibility for the company's global finance functions, including control, treasury, tax, audit services, and investor relations, he will report directly to Herbert L. Henkel, chairman, president and chief executive officer.
