Northrop creates new UK company Brief

LONDON--Northrop Grumman announced Dec. 5 the creation of Northrop Grumman UK Limited, a new UK-registered company based here that will target the UK defense, security, civil government and commercial sectors. The company will be directed by Graham Thornton, who joined Northrop as UK executive director in January 2006. The company currently has six primary locations in the United Kingdom, all of them in England.
In addition to Thornton, the Board of Directors for Northrop Grumman UK includes Robert Helm, corporate vice president for business development and government relations; Stephen Yslas, corporate vice president, secretary and deputy general counsel; and Mark Rabinowitz, vice president and assistant treasurer.
