NSS acquires ACEKA

SANTA ANA, Calif.--National Security Systems announced Sept. 30 an agreement acquire ACEKA Protection Services. Terms were not released. The acquisition brings 400 accounts. Ken Greenlee, founder of ACEKA Protection Services, is retiring from the industry. "This is a strategic acquisition that complements our current footprint of accounts in the Southern California area" said Chris Schroeder, president of National Security Systems, said in a prepared statement. "We have a very strong customer base and a wide variety of products and services to offer our customers so at this time we are looking to expand our customer base through acquisitions." National Security Systems is a systems integrator founded in 1989. It offers security alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, and camera systems.
