OSE Appoints 2005 board

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Open Security Exchange revealed this year’s board members, and elected a group of officers.
The board includes Computer Associates, CoreStreet, Fargo Electronics, Gemplus, GE Infrastructure, Security, HID Corp., Sony Electronics and Software House. General members include Deister Electronics, Siemens Building Technologies and VistaScape Security Systems.
The elected officers are Gary Klinefelter from Fargo Electronics as chairman; Laurie Aaron from Software House as vice-chairman; Eric Maurice of Computer Associates as executive director; James Clark from GE as director of marketing and communications; and David Ludin from Gemplus as secretary.
