Payson, Ariz. adopts new false alarm ordinance

PAYSON, Ariz.--The Payson Roundup online reported on June 2 that the city of Payson had recently adopted a new false alarm ordinance.
According to the story, the fourth time an alarm system sends out a false alarm, it will cost the system owner $50. Fines escalate to $100 by the sixth and all subsequent false alarms.
