Pivot3's Michael Mase dead at 29

BROOKLYN, N.Y.—A wake will be held here at the McLaughlin Funeral Home today and tomorrow to remember Michael Mase, Northeast regional sales manager for Pivot3, who died unexpectedly this week at 29. Mass and burial will be held Saturday, April 17, at St. Athanasius Church.

Mase joined Pivot3 early last year, having spent two previous years with IP video manufacturer Mobotix. He graduated with a degree in computer science from DeVry University in 2003.

According to Pivot3, Mase was a successful salesman who was helping to grow the company.

“Mike was a natural salesman and a whirlwind of activity. He had a knack for finding out what a customer needed and because of that, was instrumental in building strong partnerships that heavily contributed to our success,” said Lee Caswell, founder and chief marketing officer for Pivot3.
