Pixim and MSGI Security forge alliance

NEW YORK - MSGI Security Solutions formed a strategic alliance with Pixim Inc., a provider of advanced imaging technology, in the beginning of March.
The partnership will focus on integrating Pixim’s digital technologies into a suite of wireless video and software products MSGI is delivering to homeland security, law enforcement and commercial clients in the United States, and Europe via Excelsia S.p.A, a moniority owned MSGI business.
The deal also involves aligning the Excelsia video surveillance platform with Pixim’s Digital Pixel System silicon and software technology, as well as with wireless software technologies developed by Innalogic LLC, a New York-based MSGI operating unit.
MSGI, headquartered in New York City with regional offices located inWashington D.C., and Calgary, Alberta, is a solutions provider focused on the homeland security, public safety and law-enforcement services industry.
