Pixim hires new worldwide marketing communications manager, Hups

Pixim Inc., a provider of image capture technology for enterprise security cameras, on March 24 announced the hire of industry veteran Tracey Hups as manager, worldwide marketing communications. In this newly created position, Hups will be responsible for Pixim's worldwide marketing communications program including media relations, collateral creation, advertising, branding, web presence, and events. She will report to John Monti, vice president of marketing and business development, Pixim. Hups most recently was director of marketing and customer relations for PSA Security Network, where she was responsible for the development, management, and implementation of marketing communication programs designed to increase membership and brand awareness. Additionally, Hups was responsible for two annual five-day events and had direct management of the PSA customer service department. PSA is the world's largest electronic security cooperative, whose members are responsible for more than $1.8 billion of annual electronic security and life safety installations.
