Pro One has new Vegas locale

LAS VEGAS--Protection One announced in September that it has opened a new branch location here. According to a statement, the office will allow the Las Vegas team to better serve its larger customer base. In addition, the larger facility offers space for current and potential customers to view some of the company's latest security technologies and meet with security consultants and service personnel who handle projects from start to finish and through the life of the customer's relationship with Pro One. Protection One, a few years ago, implemented a vertically integrated, full-service business model. The company said this new model has created the need for larger facilities to accommodate its growing security consultant staff, and to accommodate the support teams for those personnel and customers. By staffing each branch with security consultants and customer service representatives, Protection One said it can offer an attentive, localized and consistent level of service "With an emphasis on quality, service and meeting individual customer needs, Protection One offers biometric readers; intrusion detection; access control; security cameras; remote video; fire systems; wireless services; emergency medical response equipment; panic buttons; climate sensors; monitoring for smoke and carbon monoxide; and other life-safety products and services for home and business owners across the nation," according to the statement. The company also last year merged with monitoring giant IASG.
