KENNETT SQUARE, Pa.--PSX, a systems integrator based here, outside of Philadelphia, has purchased the Strip District facility in Pittsburgh it has leased since 2006. The company has been supplying parking control equipment in Pittsburgh for 10 years, but has only recently rolled out security operations. To that end, the company has hired local security management veteran Scot MacTaggart as the new Pittsburgh brand manager.
