Red Hawk acquires Crow Security Brief

DENVER, Colo.--As Security Systems News went to print, Red Hawk, a security systems integrator acquired late last year by UTC Fire & Security, announced the acquisition of Crow Security, a systems integrator specializing in the banking industry and located in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Crow was once known as All Around Bank Equipment, founded in 1983. Terms of the deal were not released.
Crow president Brad Crow will remain with the company, and said in a press release he is, "excited to be a part of Red Hawk and UTC Fire & Security because it will enable us to better meet our customer's needs in Florida and across the U.S."
Greg Johnson, Red Hawk president, said the deal will strengthen his company in the important Florida market, and "will provide both entities with new market opportunities."
