AUSTIN, Texas - The Arlington Independent School District of Texas is currently overhauling its surveillance systems, upgrading cameras within its schools and eyeing a change for its school bus surveillance product.
According to a GE Security press release, 20 of the district’s schools are outfitted a with CCTV system. Within the next several months, cameras will be installed in an additional 53 schools, as the district moves from 16 and 32-camera systems to 48-camera systems.
