SIAC drives alarm management cross country

FRISCO, Texas--Throughout this year, the Security Industry Alarm Coalition goes on the road to brief alarm company owners and managers about alarm management techniques.
Members of SIAC will visit 15 ADI conferences across the United States to provide information on alarm programs designed to work with law enforcement and the community to develop effective management.
At each briefing, SIAC members will talk to alarm companies about the resources available to alarm users, police executives and alarm company managers.
Further details on false alarm reduction such as equipment standards, enhanced call verification protocol, heighten training and communication resources for attendees will be provided. SIAC's alarm management techniques have reduced calls for service, noted officials at SIAC.
