INDIANAPOLIS--System integrator and manufacturer Stanley Security Solutions, a division of Stanley Works, has been awarded Premier Certification from Cisco Systems, through their Cisco Channel Partner Program, which provides members with resources to implement Cisco networking solutions. Stanley was required to meet stringent personnel, training, customer satisfaction and post-sales support requirements to earn the certification.
For example, Stanley must provide clients with a 24-hour response time for network problem resolution and 24-hour on-site response capability.
"Technical advances in access control, including networked-enterprise solutions and integrated IP-based video drive the demand for high-level networking skills," John Boyles, Cisco-certified design associate with Stanley Security, said in a statement.
Other premier partners operating in the physical security integration space include Northrop Grumman, SAIC and NetVersant, which was the first company to earn premier status through Cisco's new partner program developed around their recent SyPixx IP video acquisition.
