Strategic Vista names Katz to head Digimerge

TORONTO, Ontario - Strategic Vista International Inc. has appointed Len Katz as president and chief operating officer of its Digimerge Technologies Inc. subsidiary. Digimerge develops, manufactures and distributes video security and surveillance solutions for installers, system integrators, dealers and distributors. According to the company, the appointment was driven by the convergence of video surveillance systems and high-speed broadband networks, which Dig-imerge said will result in a plethora of products and applications beyond basic security. Under Katz’s leadership, Digimerge will focus on providing its customers with the tools to sell and support these products and applications profitably.
