BURNSVILLE, Minn.--The Central Station Alarm Association announced in June that Trans-Alarm, of Burnsville, Minn., has successfully attained the CSAA Five Diamond Certification.
All central station operators at Trans-Alarm achieved proficiency and certification by passing the CSAA Central Station Operator Training Course Level I, which covers all aspects of central station communications with customers, law enforcement, fire and emergency services.
