Tri-S Security seeks to acquire unnamed firm Brief

ATLANTA--In May, Tri-S Security Corp. signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a security services firm that provides a full range of security and investigative services, such as security guards, alarm installation, monitoring and GPS monitoring services.
The unnamed company's target revenues for 2004 exceeded the revenues of Tri-S Security during the same period, which were approximately $30.1 million.
Tri-S is in the process of conducting its due diligence investigation of the company. If the transaction is complete, it is expected to close in the third quarter of 2005.
