MELVILLE, N.Y. - Verint Systems and IBM have come together to deliver a network video security system to the Kansas City International Airport as part of a project to improve security at the facility.
As a result of the partnership, Verint will provide analytical software while IBM offers technology that enables video, video management software and networking technology to integrate.
Kansas City International Airport is one of the largest airports in the country. It served 10 million passages in 2003. The airport recently embarked on a terminal improvement project, which involves improving overall facilities at the airport and security measures.
