Virginia association votes to realign with NBFAA

ASHLAND, Va.--The Virginia Burglar & Fire Alarm Association announced yesterday that its members have voted to realign with the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association effective January 2008.
"We are looking forward to, once again, working alongside NBFAA and the other chapters," said John Kochensparger, president of VBFAA, in a prepared statement. "We believe that the partnership lends great value to our members, our state association and our industry."
The NBFAA Board of Directors are scheduled to meet in January and will vote on granting the VBFAA chartered chapter status.
